Maybe she was, and that’s horrible…but Cosby being released has nothing to do with whether or not he committed the crimes. He almost certainly did, and he should be in jail for them…but the trial was bungled up. The state can’t simply do away with procedure to try and nail someone. That’s a victory for everyone’s right to due process.

To hell with rapists but there has to be due process and peoples rights shouldn’t be violated based on feelings.
