Cutting to 135lbs, cutting water weight would be dangerous for her. Nobody wants to see her die trying to climb the stairs to the scale.
She has to bust ass in the gym with super high protein diet and power lifting just to sustain her muscle mass. All she would have to do to drop those few lbs, is stop struggling to keep them.

They're very different.
They're different because it's far easier for a bulked up female to shed a couple lbs of muscle than it is for a man to shed 40lbs of muscle.

It's still there for her. She's basically the perfect villain for Rousey. It's almost a cliche, that's how perfect she is. If she plans it out right she can make more than her whole career up to this point combined. Say what you want about Tito, but had she taken the Rousey fight back then, win or lose she would have made less. As the options for legit Rousey opponents dwindles even as her notoriety increases, potential for Cyborg to hit the jackpot also increases. If she waits too long and Rousey retires, loses, or has some kind of scandal, Cyborg could lose it all.
