Going to try a routine doing 1-arm lifts and I’m wondering what the consensus is on a respectable 5 rep max doing a 1-arm overhead and a 1-arm bench, thanks.

1 rep overhead 80lb dumbell
1 rep bench 100lb dumbell
But I’m 215lbs
How much do you weigh?

Drop 20lbs each if 5 reps
Drop another 20lbs if under 180lbs

Exactly the same, but I should weigh 195 if I was in shape. 185 if in really good shape, so that 215 isn’t all good weight.
