angelo, i received a coaching form from the UofM guys and i stupidly left it at home (i'm currently in hartford, connecticut on business right now) and i won't be returning until friday night. is there someone i need to notify at the tournament that i am helping to coach the UofM team since i can't mail that form in?

Well run event! Having the brackets made before the event was key to a great flowing event. This event ran ahead of schedule!
Angelo had some great matches... Jubera fought like a stud in his new brown belt... among many other great matches.

awesome tournament, ang & harvy. very well run and a good location. i had a great time. i agree with sswturtle, in that the pre-registration and brackets was a key component. i also think that having the staggered check in times so that competitors weren't crammed in the gym all day waiting to fight was key. i liked the big digital clocks that you had at each table. it would be nice to add a visible score board of some sort so that competitors, coaches and spectators could know the score of the match. just a little luxury, not a necessity. i look forward to being at the next one.
Clark-E...I think there is talk of adding some sort of scoring device (digital
or manual) for next time. I know Caique had them for his tourny out in
LA. Also, I think we are going to be looking for an even bigger venue
(high school) next time to accomodate all the competitors/
spectators.
