So what about all the rounds we have seen scored 9-9 because of a point deduction for grabbing the fence, etc?

Caceres won the round so he would get 10 points, minus 2 for the deduction: 8-9 round

Maybe this depends on where as I'm thinking I was watching European events or quite possibly they fucked the scoring.
