thanks for the link! i've been trying to research kettle bell exercises for jiu jitsu and these are very helpful. now i just have to figure out how heavy i should buy. those things are expensive!

If you're in the California area, check out Budovideos. I picked up some Kaizen KBs from there last week, a set of 16kg for $64.95 and a 20kg. It was worth the drive instead of dealing with the crazy shipping charges.
My next KB's will be from World Kettlebell Club.com as they are the same one's Steve Maxwell uses and the shipping isn't too crazy on even their heaviest bells.
