10 mile run one hour and 17 minutes

mjsalmon - Sourcheese- Some races have whats called a "Clydesdale" division, which is for dudes over 200 lbs. Not all road running races have this division though. Most triathlons do have it.

Clydesdale division? That's funny as shit. Makes perfect sense though.

Yup, no joke. I've been doing road races and triathlon for years and always register as "clydesdale" when its offered. There is one for women too, its called "Athena" and I think the weight is 150 lbs or something, but I'm really not sure.

if this is my raw time with no training, how do you think I would do in the clydesdale division in marathon?

and Im a pretty strong guy. if I trained for a triatholon I think I could do it.

I run route 9 to 143 and try and get as high up it as possible, I think route 9 is one of the most difficult roads to run in Mass.

cheese you would sink like a rock on the swimming part last time I saw you, you had to be at 8 or 9 % body fat. Fat floats, muscle sinks

and if cheese said he did it then he did  it no reason for this guy to lie.

haha! so if I took up beer drinking like I did at 19 I would swim better?
