I don't know how the glove touch thing got started maybe with grappling culture of slapping hands to start wrestling..but it's annoying in a fight , thats what the pre fight brief is for.

Unfortunately it's no surprise that as MMA grows respect becomes a lost art form. If you don't want to touch gloves right off the bat then simply don't do it – either already be coming in like a bat out of hell (without any indication to touch) or just hang back and wave it off.
Acting like you're going to touch in order to get inside for a cheap shot is probably the most pussy act one can do in MMA. Far more pussy than puking in the locker room. Far more pussy than quitting on the stool. Far more pussy than tapping to strikes. Etc
I see no issue, she didn't fake a touch glove or anything I'd consider unsportsmanlike. If her strategy is to come out from the bell in a straight line and bring it to her opponent, why should she have to take an extra second to back off and touch gloves?
Also, she wasn't KO'd from the first punch anyways. The girl who got KO'd was trying to do a Thai clinch but wasn't able to get control so she just ate a few good punches instead.
Not being cheap while touching gloves is an unwritten rule. Everyone knows it so there shouldn't be any confusion regarding it.

Hard to tell from that angle but it didn't appear that the girl who got the KO even attempted to touch gloves. Would have to see from another angle but as far as I can tell, seems fine to me. Unless she faked a glove tapped to deceive opponent, that's messed up.
