20lbs of chicken & a brisket!(pic)

Alright, boys. Here's some more food porn. The brisket came out pretty good, this is one of the only times I have not completely dried it out. Should've took it off earlier(12 hour smoke). I thought it was not done enough though. Or maybe it needed more but at least I have a "feel" for it now.

The chicken was marinated for 48 hours & it was the best chicken I've done so far. This smoker looks like shit but is awesome. Recipe: 2 pieces of achiote(in block if you can find it), lemon/orange/pineapple juice, half a garlic & a whole onion blended. Salt, pepper & cumin to taste. Combine ingredients in a bowl & transfer over to your chicken(ziplock).

Blue, a kindness?

Sorry for the insane amount of pics!

Sorry, no after pics of the chicken but they were fall off the bone tender! Here's some pics of some chicken I made the night before for comparison which I made in my little wannabe WSM. This was good but not nearly as epic as the leg quarters. Some beef ribs, too!
