3 Fights, 3 1st Rd KO's.....

....clearly mismatches!

Well that's what it was called when refering to Strikeforce in December.

See what I did there.

ooh clever

Yeah Fuck those guys, my team rules! I love being on a winning team it feels so often to be cool and tell the other guys how much they suck and how good we are. Yahahayya

Dear Sir,

I do not have a "team" as MMA is an individual spot. I have some favourite fighters. Some inside the UFC and some not.

My thread was made to poke fun at the Zuffa Zombies who scoffed at the 3 KO finishes (all in the first round) in the recent Strikeforce card as being mismatches.

Thus, applying their own logic to an identical situation you can call any fight that ends with a finish a mismatch if you so desire.

Many thanks.

Sorry, which of these guys were known for being chinny? Because Lindland, Smith, and Babalu certainly are.

On top of that, Guillard/Dunham was an UPSET, and Mitrione is too green for that to be a mismatch.

Good try though. Now if it was Guillard vs Goulet, you would have a case.

Lawler vs Lindland was a mismatch, but dan/sobral and smith/daley were not

but the ufc fight today were all pretty evenly matched

I'm lost

hague didn't even belong on the main card.

Sorry. No. Mismatches. Thank you for playing.

See? This is how I know orcus is just mentally ill and not a paid shill...his OCD (among other issues) COMPELLED him to respond to this thread...

did you two have a falling out or something? you're always at each others throats... when one comments, the other is quick to respond - i'm beginning to think you're the same person.

FAIL Phone Post

Can't even read a thread without people hackin' on Evangelista. We shall see on January 29th. Phone Post

slamming - If only they could have such great matchups like Diaz vs cyborg LOL. Shameless. <img src="/images/phone/post_tag.png" alt="Phone Post" border="0" style="vertical-align:middle;"/>

That is going to be a wicked fight. Cyborg might not be in the top 10 but his style matched with Diaz hands is going to be amazing to watch.

Besides Zaromskis when was the last time Cyborg beat anyone good? Like 5 years ago? more?

This fight makes no sense. Diaz is going to be like a 3 to 1 favorite at least.

Orcus "Mitrione is too green for that to be a mismatch."

Huh? Phone Post

The OP is hilariously suggesting that the first round KOs were mismatches, because that was the criticism of the Strikeforce show.

Mitrione had only 3 fights going into this fight. How could it be a mismatch in his favor? Hague had only been TKOd once in 17 fights.

Not quite the same as the Strikeforce card, where vets were matched against each other with, in each matchup, one vet being known for heavy hands and the other being known for being chinny.

Haha yeah I know. Dumb statement. Phone Post

Mate I'm just poking fun at the Zuffa Zombies who will proclaim any finish in Strikeforce a 'mismatch' and playing around by switching the tables.

Oh the ironing.

So then a bunch of Zuffa Zombies come on the thread decrying the ways in which they cannot be classed as mismatches (LOL sort of proving the other mantra of the Zuffa Zombies which is currently "evenly matched fights") in EXACTLY the same way as the SF nuthuggers would do.

This thread was test of every readers intelligence and morals. Those who responded to defend the UFC have failed.

I enjoyed last nights action (including 2 of the decisions) so learn to take a joke and stop publically exposing you Zuffa Zombie inclinations.
