While certain WODs were fashioned to what each individual may have needed improvement on, so it was more punish the bulky bodybuilder type, condition the underconditioned, and make better the skinny bean-pole. From what I have been exposed to, the same thing has happened at certain CrossFit gyms as far as certain individual WODs.
