Same here. I used to do #5 just to not make the lower guys feel bad or to make them work on something. Now I'm seeing it from a diffeent perspective - to actually help me improve.

Siciliano -- after reading your post, I realized I did that too, but was not paying attention to how that could help me. It will be even better doing that with partners of equal or slightly better skill, too.
I think all the advice in the article is really good. But, to be honest I think the most important thing is to just keep rolling when you're tired. You can become more efficient and maybe last another round or 2 but unless you keep pushing yourself when you're tired your going to stop at the same place every time.

I wouldn't say that's the most important thing, but I agree that it is important to push yourself for longer.
