went hot tub about 30 min. took me about 20 to get rid of the chills. got out about 10 min ago. sweating now. and it feels good.
Dehydration is a bitch. If you know any paramedics on duty, call 'um up and have them set you up with some IV's. That by far is THE BEST way to get over a hangover, and you instantly feel better. They can add some suger so you'll have more energy too. I once took three bags and I was still dehydrated. The paramedics were like WTF?
damn good idea, but too late now. anyway, thermometer says 100.4. oh no...
i know an emt. he swears by iv bags. i've never tried it. coke and saimin
works for me.
I heard that about the IV bags too. But where are you going to get one of those? Hospital?
Holy Crap! I love this forum....
I thought I was the only one who did the coke & Saimin for a hangover.
Nice!
IVs work like a champ. Had to go to the ER one time at 4am and was totaly plastered. ER was teaming with Drunks and Cops that night. I remember the DR. resetting my finger and stitching it while at the same time hooking me up to an IV. 3 hours later at 7am I was walking out of there feeling like a champ no hangover, nothing. I bought those guy working some manapuas and asked them wtf they did to me because I didnt feel like I drank at all and the one nurse said it was probably from the IVs they pumped into me.
Milk Thistle
b complex vitamins
IV's work well.
Gatorade is ok.
I've found that spinning around as fast as I can is great too.
I hear that Vitamin C IV's are incredible when you get sick. Within 3 hours you are back to 100%. Never tried one those so I am sure that works the same for hangovers. Usually some of the pain comes from dehydration. That is why I do the water and advil deal.
