Mike teaches a lot of great material. His pin escape stuff is by far the coolest(not taking away from the other stuff). It not only improves your escapes, it also improves your pinning ability. Since I have been doing this stuff, my partners have made a lot of comments about my pinning pressure on top. If anyone has the time, they should get to Michael's place and learn this stuff. He will take your game to another level.
