10:00-11:00 Wrestling Seminar with 3x All-American Marty Nichols, Ithaca College Coach
11:00-1:00 Kids and Teens Gi and No-Gi Divisions
1:00-3:00 All Adult and Master Gi Divisions Starting from Men's Purple Belt and Up To the White Belt Divisions
3:00-4:30 All Professional Divisions. 165 and down, 165 to 195, and Hwt. $300 Each Division
4:30-7:00 All Adult and Mater No-Gi Divisions. Starting from the Advanced to the Beginner Divisions
By the way we have 10 rings going at once, with more than enough referees to go around. This event will be run smoothly and on time. Promised guaranteed.
