I would have liked to see Friday night fights for the UFC, but at least they're on TV.
I don't like reality TV myself but I have to say I liked "Joe Schmo" and I will watch Joe Schmo 2 as well. Heck, I love that "WB Superstar."
I like talent show style shows though so i think I will like this. If nothing else hopefully it will bring more attention to the sport.
THis show isn't for the hardcore fans anyway. They already haved you buying ppvs. Its for the casual, first time fans that will watch the show, get some insight and buy the PPV to see how the fighters did in the fights. I think its a great idea. YOu will get to see what its like to prepare for a fight and how hard actual fighters train to participate in this sport. Also how are they going to pay the fighters if they had a friday night fights kind of show when they have a hard time paying the guys in the PPVs???
