I think almost half their roster is made up of non-U.S. fighters.
Respect to them for doing that,unlike UFC for the most part.

they do that because they have no other choice...
the major gyms and managers wont let their top guys sign and get stuck with them... so they've been forced to go to managers and gyms that have no clue yet what signing a contract with them means.
Im sure they will burn those bridges as well if they havent already.
