Thought I would hook you up with a tough Abs Workout today.

This abs workout routine consists of 500 total reps and you perform each abs exercise one after the other to strengthen your abs and core.  Perfect circuit you can do after training or on your rest day.

Perform each exercise for 50 reps each one after the other for a total of 500 reps.

1. Abs Circle Crunches – 50 reps (25 per side) 

2. Abs Spring Ups – 50 reps

3. Plank Shoulder Touches – 50 reps (25 touches per shoulder)

4. Hip Thrusters – 50 reps

5. V-Ups to Star Ups – 50 reps (25 per exercise) 

6. Knee Grabs – 50 reps 

7. Russian Twists – 50 reps (25 per side)

8. Plank Body Raise – 50 reps

9. Air Knee to Alternating Knee to Chest – 50 reps (25 per side) 

10. Abs Bicycle Crunches – 50 reps (25 per side)
