Abu Dhabi Weight In's??????

I know this question has been brought up, but I need to know: Why have the weight in’s the day of? If it’s a matter of not having a place to hold the weigh-ins, I will personally offer my house and my scale to do it. I think were already handicapped enough in Ontario, why set us back even more?

I bet it's going to keep a few competitors away for sure. It's just not consistent. Everyone else gets to weigh in the day before and that's the way it'll be for the people that advance to the next level.

Guys...I'm just trying to find out what time I can get access to the venue. If I can get it the night before, I will have the weigh ins the night before as well.

If I can get the hotel conference room, I will do it there.

I'm trying my best guys...

If you need it, you can weigh people in at Karma the night before. But it would be better if it was at the venue.

The weigh ins for the Canadian Trials will be the day of. With people coming from across Canada for this event it wouldn't be fair for those who may have to skip work even earlier or pay the extra to pay for rooms etc. if they have to stay an extra day.

Sorry, we are trying to make it a level playing field for all those coming in.

Why is 143 lbs the light weight cut off? ADCC light is 145lbs. Is ADCC changing their cut off as well?

The weigh in's should be the day before the tourny. Why'd you want to have all these weak grapplers fighting on the day of the tourny? I think this might even scare away a few people from competeting! Weigh in stations have been offered frm Karma and still no? If the N.A and ADCC weigh in's are the day before the tourny then shouldn't the Canadien's trials be the day before also?

Can't wit to see someone cut 12lbs of water and then black out before his match starts. That's going to be worth the price of admission alone.

Everyone who has ever entered ADCC has gotten to weigh in the day before and this time because people can't get off work, everyone has to weigh in the day of the tourny!
