The list isn't terrible, but Liddell is too low.
Chuck has recently beat 3 people on that list. You have to go much further in the past to find the 1 person that Henderson has beat on that list.

Their HW list is completely messed up though.
Arona over Tito is the biggest joke. He barely beat Tito in ADCC and that's Aronas game. ADCC is not NHB and Tito would dominate Arona.
Arona has lost only a close decision to Fedor and has beaten Horn, Ninja, Hendo and Mezger.
Those are 4 top fighters and one loss to the #1 heavyweight.
He certainly should be on any top 10 list.
Compare his record with Tito's, last 2 fights loses, 4 big wins are Silva, Vladdy and Tanner.
I really think Arona can beat Quinton and Silva. He'll then be the #1 LHW and have the most impressive MMA record ever.
