Been trying to get off eating sugar, its so hard. I find one cannot even have a little of it, otherwise, one keeps wanting more. Any suggestions?? how about eating natural sugar, such as in organic maple surup or honey, or will still create the problem?? thanks,,,

Seriously, our bodies have evolved a natural craving for sugary foods, because these were usually fruits loaded with good stuff like essential vitamins, minerals, and fiber.
