In this video I talk about how I take the basic palm up/palm down cross collar choke and I attack with it with an advanced approach.
I talk about my reasons behind attacking this way along with other quick ideas that you can use from these movements to also leads to some other things.??
Once I really started approaching the cross collar choke from an advanced fundamentals stand point, that's when this "basic" choke started to become one of my bread and butter attacks.
