Im about a month away from the end of my post surgery shoulder rehab. I havent lifted weights since July and the extra weight I've put on is bothering my knees. So far the best idea that I had was lifting super slow (time under tension method) for a while. I know I cant powerlift, grapple, or walk everyday without major pain. Im really at a loss for what im going to do to get in shape. If I can find something, im not sure what my motivation will be. Beyond anything else, the mental toll has been alot higher than I expected. Im a different person now really.
