This article claims chocolate and coffee are two of the best foods for building muscle. I don't think so, but I could be wrong.

If anyone knows how to make that a link I'll do it. Or you can, it doesn't matter to me.

the list is a good one, cept for the last two. And they forgot the milk. And cottage cheese.
