Yes. He's been training at Gracie Torrance for over 10yrs. I think he received his black belt from Rorion 2-3yrs ago.

I think he has been training with Rorion for longer than that. He's pretty much old school, before it was cool to play GJJ.

Theres a pic of him online with a couple other Hollywood stars like that black guy "ROC" and a few others. Very Cool.

He got his purple belt from the fake black belt, Kevin Casey.

btw, not to say Kevin isn't tough. I've seen him win a bunch of tournaments. He just wasn't promoted to that belt.
