Yes you can, Khabib fought 13 times in the UFC, Jones and GSP fought 22 and 23 times.
If Khabib fought and won 10 more times with the belt he would be on their level. But he retired at the ripe age of 32.
Khabib also fought significantly less per year because of Ramadan or cherry picking. GSP retired at 36 and Jones is 34 and not finished.

He was nowhere near as dominant. Gassed out after a round, had a loss. Thereās a reason why so many pro fighters and MMA personalities say Khabib is the GOAT.
Also, letās not pretend 29-0 is anything to sniff at as Khabib is the only fighter in MMA history to achieve that and do so while having one of the longest winstreaks in UFC history tied with the most title defences in the best division.
There were zero Russians in the UFC when Khabib was fighting his way into the promotion. They didnāt even start to entertain promoting him until they realised he was a future GOAT. Khabib paved the way for modern era Russians in the UFC. There hadnāt been any in the promotion for a decade before him.
