some well-known names (Mike Bell, Chris Ade, Ryan Heck) didn't pass all the rules (winning record, or fought in last year)
as far as I know Ryan Machan is now 170

Cardinal deserves to be #1. Clarke has been living in Edmonton for over a year now and trains at Hayabusa. He beat Josh Machan convincingly to win the TFC lightweight championship.
They would be 1 2 in my opinion.

For some reason, once you put Mitch into the ranking, it bumps up Brad.
Quality of opponents is not factored into model, only stats.
