his strikes were much more effective ,harder and landed much more flush.Plus look at Edgers face.

5th i had for Aldo it wasclose but he landed damaging shots at the end that won the round IMO.Also Frankie landed much more glancing blows.When Aldo connected it was flush
People always point to the punch stats........but Frankie's punches were ineffective where as Aldo's were damaging...I mean the fight was a no brainer

I think people are way overreacting to Rogan's commentary. Everyone where I was watching had Aldo winning but we also gave Frankie the last 2 rounds and while I gave Aldo the 3rd...we have seen a lot of rounds like that go either way with the unpredictability of MMA judging so there was a bit of uncertainty while waiting for the judges decision despite my belief that Aldo had done enough for the win. I'm pretty sure that was all Rogan was saying as well. ?
Aldo undoubtedly won.
I came away with two things from that fight:
1) Aldo is insanely good (used to think he'd be exposed by someone like Edgar).
2) Edgar is insanely tough (especially to finish).
And yes, I should've known those things already but last night really cemented it for me.
