The sky's the limit for this kid. He's improving so quickly it's scary....
The limit for him is Jim Hettes
Whoa horsepower.
Let`s not get ahead of ourselves too quick.
People learn from their losses, and can improve
For those that have seen this kid in the gym or saw him when he started, well they know how good he is. Trust me, he is a beast.
amazing. his striking is so technical and fun to watch, and his ground game is very slick. he needed to work on finishing his subs, against Figueroa he attempted a lot of subs and should have had them but didn't get them. it's clear he put work into it and it paid off tonight with the great triangle
can't wait for his next fight
missed prelims but good for bruce-leeroy
And his striking is already good, so he's been focusing on his BJJ. The kid's only 24, I expect great things.
RealTerry - The limit for him is Jim Hettes
He gave Hettes a bigger scare then anyone else I think

lol
Alex has so much potential. Should be 3-0 at BW, tbh.
10Marlons - He needs to learn wrestling. You cant get far with submissions from guard. He will/has been exposed.
He has a wrestling coach. As he gets better and makes more moeny, I am sure he'll get more coaching.
And everyone has holes in their game and can be exposed in one matter or another.
That sub was slick tonight...in a few years, with continued improvement, who knows.
Anybody have gifs? Didn't catch it.

yeah, alex looked awesome
Good solid win,but it came against Damacio Page.
guy smiley is pretty good
He's a lot better than the kid we saw fighting in DaDa's backyard 4 or 5 years ago for sure. And even a helluva lot better then he was on TuF. But the kid has always seemed to have a sick triangle, I'm pretty sure he even caught a guy with it during one of those backyard scraps.
I was very impressed. Despite losing the first round, I was pretty confident he'd get the sub in the 2nd. Never much of a fan of his before, but I loved how he was able to continually make good sub attempts from the bottom.
