Coliseum FC - New History 2 ended a few hours ago. At the main event three-time world Combat Sambo champion Alexander Emelianenko faced ukraine prospect Dmitriy Sosnovskiy. After quick start Sosnovskiy score powerful takedown and got dominant position. He landed some good shoots and switch position to the side control. He tryed to choke Emelianenko, but he wasn't able to do it. After all of that Sosnovskiy took opponent's back and just crushed Emelianenko with powerful ground and pound. Refery stoped the fight at 1.43 of the first round.

Not much of a sprawl or even really a reaction from Alex when the guy "shot" on him. I think it was more of a tackle, but I didn't watch it more than once. The fight did not look promising for the future of Alex. Sosnovsky didn't look very impressive either in my opinion, Alex looked almost like a willing participant at times. Now, if it turns out that he looked that bad because Sosnovsky is the next big thing, then I'm very wrong. But Sosnovsky looked like a very new fighter to me, and Alexander looked like he didn't really care to be in there. If you haven't watched the fight, you're not missing a high quality technical masterpiece.
Remember, he will have haters killed.

Sad. Dude could have been one of the best in the world at one stage. Now he's not even a shadow of his former self.
