There are maybe 5 heavyweights that legitimately couldn’t make 205 if they were at a healthy weight.

A healthy male that comes off steroids with the proper protocol (or even cold turkey) does not lose 25% of their body weight in a few months. People who end up on the hospital for months or have serious ailments do. When you have lots of muscle to start it looks even worse.
And why would reem come off anyways? He’s gonna be on at least TRT dosages for life after 20 years of abuse. Falling back to trt dosages after putting on lots of muscle might as well be a cheat code for keeping most of your gains.

Yeah, it’s weird. Yet it’s not like he’s hiding so probably not that bad a health issue.
I’ve seen and heard so many people who go vegetarian and talk about all the health benefits and they look like they just walked out of Auschwitz.

Stallone has been on it since the 80’s or 90’s. I’m guessing he went too far on dose at first like many people did and then pulled it back.
I’m think guys like Tito, Liddell, Rogan and Dana did way too much 20 years ago when people thought it was a miracle drug
