Late 30s and never had problems with allergies until this year. This sucks!

Making this concockshun to cope for now.

Any advice from you like long allergy sufferers?

I thought i was suffering from allergies this weekend but it turned out to be plague. I am still fucked

When I was eating Hot Pockets and Monster Energy(R) for bfast, lunch and dinner I never got sick. Starting drinking more water, eating salads and fruits......BOOM! Allergies. Phone Post 3.0

lol @ all that packaging for 2 tablets.

I have no allergies either, then one day in my 30's a handful of sunflower seeds sent me to the ER.

I tested a tiny amount of sunflower seeds again about a year later and almost ended up in the ER again.

Then not so long ago I accidentally ate a bunch without knowing it (I think it was attempted murder) and found out I'm no longer allergic.

Moral of this story?

None.

I would get this nausea, headaches, and feel very irritated while at work often leading to violent outbursts.

 

Then I found out I was allergic to Micronesians.

i do shots of benadryl at our xmas party at pagoda pounding out crab (and/or shrimp)..  drink it like alcohol.
