Eddie Alvarez was a guest on my show, The MMA Hour, yesterday.



We got to talking about the Gilbert Melendez, and he said he would love to talk to Scott Coker about putting that fight together.



So, we called Coker up and gave Eddie the chance to pitch him as to why this fight should happen ASAP.



It was a pretty cool moment in the history of our little show.

I can't tell you how good it is you write what time it took place. Half of these hack journalists with mma shows force you to sit through an hour of amateur night with their garbage comedy to listen to a 2 minute bit.

If this fight doesnt happen it would probably be because of Bjorn, Coker has co-promoted with M-1, brought over Aoki, SF fighters have fought in DREAM, Shark Fights, KOTC, etc...I believe some have even been allowed on Bellator undercards

Hopefully they can make this happen
