I'm happy for Vera getting the win, but it looked like he tapped right before Elliot Marshall broke his arm. Anybody else see that?

I didn't see it, and it was in HD, but it doesn't hurt to tune into spike right now, they're replaying it.
no
Just saw it kinda a boring fight. Vera won 1 and 2 but damn almost got finished 2 times In 3rd. I saw no tap either
i saw it but it wasn't a tap (at least in my opinion) i remember thinking (when he got the arm) there's no way vera will tap, he's going to get his arm broke.
and it happened and he still fuckin won.
Well he won, but he's lost what little assurance he generated that he's 'back' he's still gone from 08 and I think forever. doubt you'll see him on a main card again.
As bad as Vera looked, as much as I don't feel like he 'won' that fight, I'm glad that he's shown some serious heart and got the reward for it. He's done though as a serious 205er. Think we could've said that years ago.
Anarkis - I didn't see it, gif please....
I would, brother, if I had comp skills like that. Maybe u could pm some instructions. It was maybe one second b4 rogan says "he's almost out."

Well now he'll get at least one more ufc check, plus zuffa will cover his hospital bills. He should put a moratorium on the ballin asap and start stackin chips. Either that or spark up a twitter beef w/ the sorriest 205'er on the roster. i.e. Stephan Bonner. Talk about Bonners' mama or claim he used to smash Bonner's chick.
i saw no tap
When Marshall let go of the arm it bounced against Vera's shoulder on the rebound. Not a tap, just a bounce from him pulling on his arm so hard and having it broken and suddenly let go.

I think you're right; that's probably what i saw. Anyone else who wants to examine it, it's at the 4:28 mark in the 3rd round or at the 16:57 mark in the video below:

Fillthy - I don't think Vera won, as much as Marshall refused to grab victory when it was dangled in front of him. I didn't see a killer instinct, and I don't think he really believed that he could beat Vera on the feet - even though it was obvious that he had the skills.
And I thought the official should have broke up the fighters when it was clear that Vera was just clinging and trying to recover. I'm a big fan of the clinch-game, but that's not advancing position or working to end the fight. Vera's got heart, but I'm sure both fighters are 'on the bubble' - especially in a division as packed as LHW.
also the ref broke it up with like 15 seconds left in the 2nd round being on the fence and then to let it go that long doesn't make sense. I'd have to watch to see if he tapped but even if he did and the ref missed it, they don't do instant replays to reverse decisions.
You don't tap with the hand involved in the arm bar.... Was not a tap
