Yes.
It pays for itself and then some. I can't figure out how it is not a huge money loss for Amazon. 
Totally worth it yes. The streaming is pretty good, and the two day shipping is glorious.
Well worth it. The video app is great. The shipping will spoil you. I can get same day shipping for free on a ton of shit!
I love it, I used the prime now app last weekend just to see how quickly I can order something on line and have it delivered. Just about 3 hours. Its unbelievably convenient.
I'm also streaming through the app right now on TV.
If you buy off Amazon once/month, it's well worth it.
When they 2 day shipping, it's literally at your door within 2 days of ordering.
Being able to shop without being surrounded by poor people is glorious.
If you use a student email, one that ends in .edu, then it's only $50 a year

Not sure if it is exclusive to prime memebers, but when i'm considering buying something in the store, i will scan the bar code with my AZ app and get instant feedback of what the cost is from them. If it is a much better deal (and it usually is) i will hit a couple of buttons and it will be on the way.
Also, the streaming is top-notch
