Amir Khan gave a solid performance on Saturday night and arguably did what he had to do to earn a title shot against Floyd Mayweather.
However, I'm in two minds about whether a Muslim should be allowed to win the Mayweather Sweepstakes.
It is less than 15 years since 9/11, we have troops fighting radical Islam in Afghanistan and we are still embroiled in a global war on terror. Therefore I'm concerned about the message that a Muslim fighting for the richest prize in sport (and on American soil) sends out to the Islamic world.
I think Islamists would seek to use any defeat by Amir Khan of Floyd Mayweather as a propaganda coup. But beyond that I think it is just too early since that fateful day at the beginning of the last decade to be affording these sorts of opportunities to Muslims.
You're either a troll or a fucking retard. For sure you're dull as fuck

One of the most ridiculous threads I've ever seen here, and that's saying a lot
I think OP is saying what we're all thinking... Amir Kahn caused 9/11.
If not why wouldn't a Muslim person be able to fight for a title?

And just think what a victory it would be for guys who kick the shit out of their girlfriends if Mayweather won.
I just became dumber for reading this
Do we all really need to see another Islamic victory over America?
And this time televised across the world on PPV.

Wtf this dude is a 00er.....
Not sure if serious
As a Brit I really don't want to see Amir get that kinda pay day
He's really not worth it
It's bad enough seeing him all the time in his brand new SL Mercedes that he can't even drive without committing a crime
(He lives ten minutes from me)
Lol what a troll job. 7/10
