Thanks to who ever can post this video direct.

Maybe you can sign the bearded lady for your next main event?

Since we're sharing step by step directions:

First, slap yourself in the face with your left hand.

Then, find a knife that has a blade at least 4" long (longer if possible).

Now, find a roll of duct tape and secure the knife to a counter so that the blade is pointing outward.

Next, ram your torso against the knife so that it enters about the center of your chest.

Finally, move to the side (either way) until you innards are on the outside.

Thanks.

Jacques Furieux -

I thought that was just a saying

Hi Ryan

Matt is now 25 years old and has two children.

For 6 years he's been trying to get approval by the AZ State Commission to fight a cage fight.

When I talk to him he tells me it was and is his dream to fight MMA.

It was and is truly an honor for me to have him fight in RITC.

He's just a guy who has a disability and wants to fight. Win or lose he wants no special treatment.

Matt is on the Nov 14 card and you'll be there to corner your brother to watch first hand whether Matt wins or loses, but the outcome really doesn't matter, he's a winner as a person.

met Matt at the ADCC West Coast Trials this year...

total class act both on the mat and off

I am very happy for him that is he working toward his dreams

awesome im excited to see it in person.
