I've gotta be honest, it really doesn't do anything for me. It reminds of the English dudes that pick up polearms and run round fields reenacting battles.
Aristotle observed that the best dancers are the best boxers. I don't know if those practitioners are doing the same type of boxing that Aristotle observed.
