In my opinion, Franklin is just simply too strong and smart for Anderson.... however, he's been off for the better part of a year due to the hand injury from beating the crow down.... so who knows.
As a side note, I think the Crow would beat Anderson.... but thats just me, I go like that.
I pick Rich by ref stoppage. My only concern is his inactive layoff coming off the injuries versus The Crow. But knowing Ace's work ethic, it wasn't an inactive layoff

Franklin is due to get owned. Last time he was due, Lyoto owned him into a second round TKO. Rich could not last in that fight, let alone retaliate, and he won't last in this one.

Franklin has great footwork, enough to compete. He's gotta watch the kicks, maybe get a takedown followed by some groud and pound. By he can grind this out for sure.

Rich can have this fight if he takes him down, but rich has a terrible chin, and if he stands with a striker like anderson, he will be ko'd, unless he keeps him down.
lol at franklin outstriking anderson, and even more lol at saying anderson fights just like wandy, whoever said that doesnt know the fight game at all, anderson has some of the best ring movement in the business, he is always side to side, in and out, i figure, if evan tanner can drop rich with a right hand than im scared to see wut anderson is going to do, i read an interview with wandy one time and he said anderson has the best stand up at chute box in a nutshell, he talked about how frustrating it is to hit anderson because of his long reach and footwork. i think its a long night for franklin., and i like rich, but this is the reality of it.
