Andrew Trace - Watch out for this kid in two years

By Paul Fladten of US Combat Sports
For the past year Andrew Trace has been saying that his hands are as dangerous as his submission game. Well, the Ruff Dawg fighter proved as much last night with a dominating first-round stoppage over Bobby Galvan at Madtown Throwdown 27.

Continuing his supremacy over the Wisconsin welterweight division Trace pounded Galvan with a number of brutal uppercuts and strikes to the body before following him to the ground and securing a rear-naked choke.

Earning his seventh submission finish within the first round, Wisconsin's Fighter of the Year continued to assert himself as one of the Midwest's brightest prospects as well as setting up a can't miss title rematch with fellow Madtown Throwdown 27 winner Lenny Nelson.
