ankle excercises?

I popped my ankle from a nasty toe hold about 2-3 years ago and it has never really healed. I went to a sports medicine doctor who said my ankle was loose and it caused undue strain to the muscles in my knee. I keep on injuring that same ankle over and over again. Are there any excercises I can do to strengthen the ankle?


man i feel ya.... inward and outward extensions with surgical tubing, wobble board work too... ankles suck man, very tough to rehab cuz they get "loose". Work your seated calf raises as well. I'm in the same situation as you right now.
