To all,

I suffered a broken fibula just above the ankle, had surgery to apply a plate to the bone, etc...would like any advice on rehab exercises, plans, etc..

what does your therapist have you do? live near a beach? if so walk in the sand, maybe in the water to not put too much stress on the ankle. but most important what does your therapist say?

Haven't begun PT yet, its looking like that is about 3-4 weeks away from beginning. I'm just trying to get ideas about what to expect, if anyone has any experience, anything specific that worked for someone else, etc..

The doctor said I could start swimming on it in a couple of weeks, but I don't have access to a beach or sand.
