The list of speakers for the Republican convention starting July 18th in Cleveland OH has been released.
UFC President Dana White is on the list of dozens of announced speakers that also include Senator Ted Cruz, Newt Gingrich, Governor Chris Christie, Mayor Rudy Giuliani, members of the Trump family and many more.
Interestingly the UFC is now owned by Chicago Mayor and former White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel's brother Ari Emanuel.
Perhaps Ari doesn't mind the politics?

Dana stated a while back that Trump was one of the only and first people in Vegas to support the UFC when it was aquired by Zuffa.
Dana White: “The Trump Taj Mahal was the only venue that would take us and accept us at the time. … [Trump] saw this thing before anybody else did. A lot of people want to jump in after and everybody tries to throw money at it … but this guy saw it before anybody did.”

The Trump campaign last week hired Steven Cheung, formerly of Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), as its “rapid response” director.
According to a statement from the campaign, Cheung will spend his time “pushing back on false or unbalanced reporting.”
Cheung worked as UFC’s director of communications in Las Vegas for more than three years, according to his LinkedIn page.
