another bulking thread

I know there are a lot of these out there but I just wanted to make sure I have this straight. If i want to get big I need to eat a lot and do the heavy lift stuff like cleans, press, squats, deadlifts, etc.? Is this correct? I am 5'8" and 130lbs and I would like to get up to about 150ish.


and plenty of rest!



Eat everything and lift consistently 3-5x a week, don't over train, sleep a lot, have loads of sex as it is good for moral and your other head.
