are there enemies like the Golden Saints you can beat that give you Constant Effect enchantments?
just found out about the fact items don't auto-recharge.. that sucks.
I read some of the books from Oblivion.. they say something about "black" and "white" soul gems.
"black" soul gems are for people and named characters, white soul gems are for creatures and regular daedra.
black soul gems are also "evil" and banned by the mages guild, btw
