Antonio Gadelha "Tony Malone" is another incredible black belt of Carlson Gracie. I've never had a chance to meet him, but I'd be interested in hearing from those people who have.
Some neat stuff there. Thanks for posting.
The DLR sweep he does at 1:00, which I call the "Amaury Bitetti Sweep" (for lack of a better name). Is anyone here familiar with that sweep?
I learned it at a seminar by Bitetti. It's probably my favorite DLR Sweep, but I haven't really seen it elsewhere until now. (But then again, I don't really follow sport BJJ closely, so maybe it's common). I'm just curious: was that sweep strongly associated w/ Amaury? Or was/is it more widespread than that?
THX!
I like the armlock setup up at 2:35.

Yeah, I always go for the omoplata there. Never thought about the armlock.
TTT
shen -I've seen it from a lot of Carlson guys over the years. I think it's pretty common.

Common among CARLSON people or common in general?
Lots of great set ups in that vid!
Thanks for sharing Aaron!
