Any advice and what to eat/drink after weigh in?

I will be cutting 10lbs weigh in tommorow , any advice on foods to eat after weigh in and the day of the fight? So far i have lots of rice, dried apricots,banannas, chicken Phone Post

My opponent pulled out while i was cutting weight. Now iv gone on a 3 day eating binge and have messed by weight loss up. Phone Post

I wish I had seen this. I just cut 10lbs to make 148lbs in a powerlifting comp. After weigh in I drank 2 tablespoons of pure glycerine per liter of water. I consume around 6 tablespoons through out the day. I try and consume a lot of carbs, both sugar and starch. I keep a 4 to 1 ratio carb to protein through out the day, and drink a lot of water, and pedialyte. I was able to gain back all 10lbs and more. I also consume a lot of creatine mono through out the day, but I don't think that would be advisable in MMA.
