Hey do you guys know of anything that could aid in developing a stronger choke on the gi. Any contraptions you guys might have made that have helped you??? If so id like to hear thanks.
There are several gadgets for developing grip strength. Imo, just do forearm curls and possibly get a hand exerciser.
Chokes should be more about technique than strength. If the technique is correct, the tap will follow.
Throw a gi (or a towel) over a pullup bar and do pullups while gripping the cloth.
