Teddy Atlas has released a punchbag with the numbers on it. 1 -left hook hook, 2 = jab etc.

I think he may have released a DVD or book to accompany it.

BiC: Have you actually seen those instructionals? If so, would you reccommend them? Thanks in advance :)

 yes and they are very good.  Steve Maze does a great job breaking down fundamental boxing offense, defense, counterpunching etc..

the only thing I've seen that was even close are the Title boxing series and the info is contained on many dvds.

I've only seen Vol. 1-4 so I do not know about 5&6.

thanks a bunch to joe ray(too bad its a bag and dvd set,hopefully he'll release the dvd by itself).also thanks sobolewski,ill go ahead and get that set.hopefully rooney comes out with a dvd set or something.
