Im looking for a good dvd, app, videos whatever that can show me some good basic judo that will translate well to BJJ.
Every judo dvd out there is full of way too many moves I most likely wont use and am only really looking for stand up concepts, gripping concepts, fundamental footwork concepts and maybe a max of 4 or 5 takedowns.
I actually just watched the Brandon Mullins dvd set and the takedown section was perfect for me. Simple, to the point, and effective takedowns and throws for bjj I can use. Would really like to find more like this.
judo for bjj is tricky to apply with just a few basic concepts, because there are so many more variables within the rules for bjj than judo when it comes to transitioning to the ground. and judo already offers a huge range of stylistic breathing room for standing/throwing technique strategies...
that said, check out Jimmy Pedro's videos on youtube and monthly contributons in graciemag for 'judo for bjj'. if you didn't already know, pedro is among the all-time judo greats and is well-known for being a ground work specialist, too.

Kashiwazaki and Jimmy Pedro instructional.
ttt
Subbed.
Dave Camarillo instructional? I know he has one.
Sudo21 - Dave Camarillo instructional? I know he has one.
to tell you the truth I didnt find Camarillos instructional very practical. Some good moves of course but focuses on too much on submissions than fundamentals. Same thing with his new book, although cool I prefer basic concepts and adapt from there .
Will definitely give a look to Jimmy Pedros stuff!
I have Karo's Judo for MMA DVD set and it is good. I was getting jacked up going from Judo to Nogi because I had no grips, and Karo shows how to get your hooks to make up for the lack of a gi.

If you go to the judo/sambo forum, they're there
Not sure if this will work, but this should be Terere showing a foot sweep he modified for bjj:

If the link doesn't work, just do a Google search for Terere takedown.
